CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our MissioN

At our Dandeli resort, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Guests may cancel or modify their reservations within the applicable cancellation period as per the policy mentioned at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting payment gateway or bank charges and credited to the original mode of payment within the specified timeline.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in:
    Full refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).

  • 3 to 7 days before check-in:
    50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 3 days before check-in:
    No refund will be applicable.

  • Same-day cancellation or No-Show:
    No refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • Payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Date Modification Policy

  • One-time date modification may be allowed if informed at least 5 days prior to the check-in date, subject to availability.

  • Any tariff difference for revised dates must be paid by the guest.

  • Date changes are not allowed during peak seasons, long weekends, or holidays.

Early Check-Out Policy

  • No refund will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights after check-in.

Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, or weather conditions. Refunds in such cases will be at the resort’s discretion.

  • All cancellations must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  • The management reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
